FOAM HD YELLOW FR-7110

This uniform polyurethane foam board is easily finished or painted for low-cost core applications, hand-carved models, prototypes, CNC-machined topographical maps, industrial patterns, and composite layup tools below 200ºF. This series is non-abrasive and can be machined with standard high-speed steel (HSS) cutting tools. It can also be cut cleanly with water jets and traditional wood-carving tools. Modeling foam is available in densities of 4 to 40 lbs. per cubic ft. as sheet stock as well as large-size blocks. The FR-7100 Series is ideal for applications that call for an economical, versatile and stable stock material.

FR-7100 boards can be used in low and high densities. The ability to combine high and low densities in one layup makes it an ideal material for composite layups. The material contains no mold-release agents to inhibit bonding.
